    Actions in every app

    An app-action step can do anything Nimi can do in your apps: create a task, update a lead, add a record and more. It runs as the person who set the workflow up, within their permissions.

    Branches, waits and loops

    If/else branches, a switch with up to 8 cases, stop, waits for a time or until a date, and starting another workflow, once or for each item in a list.

    Approvals

    Pause a run until someone approves, using your approval policy or people you choose (any one of them or all). The run carries on with their decision.

    Reports by email

    Send a report with figures and record lists from your apps for the period since the last run or a preset, as an email with tables, an Excel or CSV attachment and optional AI highlights. A Get app data step passes the same figures to later steps.

    Save to a table, call your APIs

    Keep a running history or an "already sent" list in a Cloud Database table (update the row if it exists, add it if not), and call any published API Builder endpoint as a step.

    An AI step turns a prompt into text or fields, and a decide step answers yes/no or picks an option. Describe an automation in words to get a draft workflow, and ask "Why did it fail?" on a failed run.

    Ask Nimi from any page

    Say "send me the sales report every 3 hours" in Restaurant or "make this go live at 3 AM" on a blog post. Nimi sets up the schedule and shows a confirm card first. Saving checks that the person may do every step, and reports go outside the team only when an owner, admin or manager set them up.

    Runs you can trust and fix

    Test runs read real data but send nothing. Secrets are stored encrypted and masked in run logs. Failure alerts reach the owner, a workflow that keeps failing turns itself off, and failed runs can be retried from the failed step or replayed. Restore older versions, duplicate, or export and import as JSON.
